Position Summary:

This is a full-time position working with adult populations. As an Audiologist in our bustling practice in the Quad Cities, Iowa, you will find that growth and development are valued above all else. Our audiologists have the autonomy and freedom to cultivate real connections with their patients and create lasting relationships with care plans that make sense for each individual.  You will have the opportunity to work with a vibrant and established patient base; we consider our patients family at Parker Audiology. The Audiologist will work closely with the patient care coordinator and the Audiology Assistant to provide excellent, personalized care, communicate with local medical professionals, and advocate for audiology in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct top-notch audiological evaluations and hearing aid services to an adult patient base.
  • Offer hearing aid recommendations and fittings verified with Real Ear Measurements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and genuine connection with each patient in our practice.
  • Leverage our extensive physician referral network to grow your patient base and impact more lives.  
  • We also provide aural rehabilitation, cerumen management, tinnitus treatment, and custom hearing protection

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AuD degree.
  • Permanent Iowa state license in Audiology or the ability to obtain one.
  • Current diagnostic and hearing aid software experience
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills that create and promote positive relationships
  • Organized critical thinking self-starter who is able to effectively multi-task
  • Ability to travel outside the state. Occasional travel to attend training conferences is required (airline travel, hotel stays), generally 2 – 3 days which may include a weekend, once or twice a year.
