Dr. Molly Parker is the owner of Parker Audiology and a graduate of the University of Iowa and A.T. Still. She has been an audiologist in the Quad Cities since 1997. Her background includes diagnostic and balance testing and hearing aid service fittings. She believes that hearing is the main pathway to connecting with others. Professionally, Dr. Parker strives to remain current on research and information that will help your experiences. She is motivated by a job well done. Your personal success provides satisfaction to her because hearing better means you are living a better, fuller life. On a personal note, Dr. Parker enjoys her time away from work to spend with family, sporting events, and traveling.
Lecesha started with Parker Audiology in 2010 as a front office coordinator and now manages the office. While working in the hearing field, she has realized that helping our patients hear is one of life’s biggest rewards. Among her many job roles, she has been integral in fostering communication, organizing events, and balancing the flow of operations. Lecesha has also managed the insurance and billing process. She has taken pride in delivering more than expected with each patient she meets. Lecesha is married to her junior high sweetheart and is the proud mother of three young men. Leisure time on weekends is often spent with large family gatherings and delicious Southern cooking.
Tricia Gross, M.A., CCC-A, joined Parker Audiology in January 2017. Tricia grew up in Rock Island, Illinois, and has been practicing audiology in the Quad Cities for the last 14 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts in speech-language pathology from the University of Tennessee in 1999 and her Master of Arts in audiology from the University of Tennessee in 2001.
She primarily specializes in adult diagnostics and the fitting of hearing instruments, with a focus on counseling patients and their families on the effects of hearing loss and communication strategies. Tricia loves connecting with her patients and their families on a personal level and prides herself on making all her patients feel welcomed and valued in her office. When not in the office, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their four children.
